• My kitchen is located in Sitges, Valpineda. It is situated in my Villa backyard with a lemon tree, open fire paella station and everything we need to explore the secrets of paella. You can walk (around 15 min from city centre, but up the HILLs), or  take a  Bus L1 line or you can always use the taxi service TAXImes (local taxi service in Sitges, check the APP STORE for Apple or Android), Bolt, Uber (not very popular in Sitges area) or your car.

• I will help you to enjoy the process and tell you about the specialties of the local cuisine and show you how to prepare all the dishes from masterclass Menu.

• Soft drinks and Sangria for Paella classes are already included in the price.

• Free Photos for every guest during our masterclass.

• If your plans have changed, you can transfer the registration to another master class or return the ticket. An important condition is to inform us about it 3 days in advance (not less than 72 hours). This way we can invite other guests and plan the number of products. Max capacity is 8 people and min 2 (please contact us to get the best offer I can).  

• My villa has a 20 steps up to the kitchen.  

Important. Spain is usually not rainy country and we have more than 300 sunny days but ... Sometimes rain can change our plans. In that case if your group is more than 8 persons you will get full refund of your payment within 3 working days. In other case we will cook in my house kitchen and we will have a dinner/lunch together on my terrace or dining room. Important note: in case of the rain or weather collapse and we are doing class inside the villa all guests with allergies for dogs should inform me and I will refund your payment  within 3 working days. 

Sometimes I am organising charity master-classes to help local dog shelters, or free master-classes for people with disabilities, autoimmune diseases or cancer. Because I am cancer survivor and person who is living with MS. Please don't forget that It is only my decision which class and when I will organise it.

And FYI I am gay man and my kitchen is LGTBQ+ SAFE SPAICE with absolutely respect for all nations, religions... if it isn't against the human rights.  So... you have any issues about it just don't book or attend any of my classes please. With all my respect.
