Hi people, I’m Alec the founder of rudechefkitchen.com it’s about time you know a little more about me because I’m probably what you have been looking for even sometimes without knowing it. Let me explain, whatever the life you have sometimes cooking or handling the kitchen in any way is a burden…GOOD FOR ME! The kitchen is my happy place.
After years evolving in restaurants, climbing the hierarchy by experience and training, I made it. I owned and ruled my restaurants in multiple countries exploring all my heart could imagine cooking and more. All this excitement is one part of my life. Welcome in the second part, today I have a new challenge. Rudechefkitchen is me going back to my roots and my original love for creating, discovering but mostly sharing my passion for cooking.

Now that I have your attention back, yes, the answer is: the menus are as good as they look ! Let’s focus.
My proposition to you is the following, you select whatever you wish for the next 3 dinners or desert or 1 great big dinner with friend etc it doesn’t matter you understand what I mean. You decide if you want all in service and I take care of the groceries – local ingredients and healthy alternative always- or if you know exactly what you prefer in the grocery store then I let you do the groceries. I’m easy, sometimes rude but always easy !
Well that’s already a big part of the work but it’s not all, there comes you interest, I will cook in your kitchen, you are welcome to watch the all process with me. Remember I’m a chef, chef can be rude, my name is rudechefkitchen, I’m not lying about how I feel with people advices on my cooking. We will have a discussion about what you like or not, the allergies you might have and I will be delighted to give you advices on body health related to the way you eat. Again it’s my passion and I love to share… See not that rude… just rude enough !

This is getting to long, I’m not sure I still have your attention but for those still reading, guys… I clean everything after myself, give you back a shiny extra “chef style” clean kitchen and a fridge full of high quality food while you gain time for your family whom will probably request to see me again, not because of my kindness but definitely because you will have shared the best food all together.
